1) Delete any existing Bluetooth pairing between the device and your phone
2) Ensure the phone is not connected to any other Bluetooth device
3) Re-pair the phone with the Universal Dashboard, ensure any options on the car side such as Music player/Audio Player etc is disabled
4) In your phone settings menu – search for ‘call audio routing’
5) Set to Carplay or Android Auto
6) Reconnect your phone to the dashboard.
